Aluminum Extrusion Sales Representative Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Aluminum Extrusion Sales Representative to grow and manage our aluminum extrusion product line. This role will focus on building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the aluminum extrusion market. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive sales mindset.

Aluminum Extrusion Sales Representative Duties/Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the aluminum extrusion market through prospecting potential customers, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize product mix, pricing, and positioning in the market.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering exceptional service and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and lead times to customers.
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics to ensure timely delivery and inventory alignment.
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands within the aluminum extrusion sector.
- Monitor product performance and profitability and make data-driven decisions to drive growth and maximize revenue.
- Represent AA Metals at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings to promote our brand and products.
- Act as a daily point of contact for customers and staff regarding sales inquiries.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
Aluminum Extrusion Sales Representative Skills/Abilities:
- Proven track record in sales or account management, preferably in aluminum extrusion or related metals industry.
- Strong knowledge of the metals market, including products, pricing, industry trends, and key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to operate a computer, using basic skills for inventory management and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant business tools.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Aluminum Extrusion Sales Representative Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the metals or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
