Human Resource Manager
**This is an onsite position in Corlu, Türkiye
Teknik Alüminyum San. A.S.is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Corlu, Türkiye. The role is responsible for providing support in functional areas of Human Resources, including but not limited to, benefits and compensation, employee relations, performance management, recruiting and retention, coaching and counseling, talent development, on/off boarding, policy development and implementation, employment law compliance, employee engagement and HR led special projects and/or events.
Human Resource Manager Essential Responsibilities:
Manage HR processes to maintain compliance with laws and regulations.
Conduct workforce planning activities; ensuring the implementation and development of recruitment, training and development, performance management, succession planning, and compensation management.
Facilitate employee development and perform workforce assessments to align talent capabilities with organizational strategic objectives.
Lead comprehensive hiring efforts, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the recruitment pipeline.
Ensure smooth handling of payroll, leave, benefits, and workplace incidents.
Provide strategic counsel to leadership on all aspects of human capital management.
Collaborate with leadership to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Serve as the liaison between employees and the leadership team.
Develop, implement, and update company policies and procedures.
Human Resource Manager Qualifications:
Graduated from university; Masters degree in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least several years in a managerial or director-level role.
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Prior experience in similar industries is highly desirable.
Demonstrated expertise across key HR functions, including recruitment, training and development, organizational design, performance management, compensation and benefits, and strategic HR planning.
Solid understanding of personnel administration and payroll operations, including time tracking, wage calculations, and leave management.
In-depth knowledge of Turkish Labor Law (No. 4857), Social Security Law (No. 5510), and all relevant employment regulations.
Proven experience in managing union relations and collective bargaining agreements.
Strong sense of accountability, with a track record of seeing tasks through to completion.
Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of fostering a positive team environment.
Analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
