Sales Development Executive

General Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the aluminum flat product industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of an additional language preferred
• Proven experience in team management and performance tracking
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; skilled at managing relationships with diverse stakeholders
• No restrictions on international travel
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapakli, or Ergene, Turkey

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to drive sales development activities
• Develop and implement improvements in marketing strategies
• Identify and pursue new potential customers for the company’s platform
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Measure and evaluate the performance of sales activities
• Implement initiatives to increase sales efficiency
