Procurement Supervisor

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a relevant university department
• Minimum 7 years of experience in purchasing
• Proven experience in supplier management and contract processes
• Strong negotiation skills in price and payment terms
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong planning, research, coordination, and reporting abilities
• Result-oriented with high follow-up discipline
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapakli, or Ergene

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the purchasing process from request to product/service delivery
• Ensure procurement of requested products/services with optimal price and quality
• Monitor and secure timely and complete deliveries from suppliers
• Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts
• Identify and develop relationships with new and alternative suppliers
• Provide improvement suggestions for purchasing requests, order approvals, and invoice processes
• Report on purchasing performance metrics and KPIs
