Teknik Alüminyum San. A.S. We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist to work in the Purchasing department in our factory.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from undergraduate or graduate programs of universities,
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing,
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively,
• Preferably knowledgeable about SAP program,
• Intermediate to good level of English,
• Strong communication skills, prone to teamwork,
• Advanced planning, research and coordination skills,
• Analytical thinking, result and solution oriented,
• Meticulous in reporting and business follow-up,
• Candidates who reside or can reside in Çorlu, Çerkezköy, Kapakli or Ergene regions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To ensure that the requested products and services are supplied with the most appropriate price, quality and deadline,
• To monitor the timely and complete delivery of products/services by suppliers,
• To support new or alternative supplier research and to monitor existing supplier performances,
• To support the quotation collection, comparison and approval processes in accordance with company procedures in purchasing processes,
• To regularly carry out reporting and documentation processes regarding purchasing activities.
• Report on purchasing performance metrics and KPIs
