IT Specialist (SAP) Job Summary:

Teknik Alüminyum is seeking a motivated IT Specialist (SAP) to support SAP operations across the organization. This role will focus on providing day-to-day system support, assisting with SAP improvements, and helping ensure system stability and usability for business teams.

The ideal candidate has foundational SAP knowledge, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment, and is eager to grow their technical and functional expertise while working cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Production, and Sales teams.

IT Specialist (SAP) Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day SAP support, including basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Monitor SAP system performance and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining SAP system availability and reliability.
• Support business users by gathering requirements and helping translate them into SAP solutions.
• Assist with support and optimization of SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Sales & Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), and related areas.
• Help improve workflows and support process enhancements within SAP.
• Support integrations between SAP and other systems (e.g., production systems, warehouse/logistics tools, CRM, reporting platforms).
• Work collaboratively with SAP Basis teams, ABAP developers, and external consultants.
• Assist in SAP-related projects such as system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations.
• Provide basic training and ongoing support to SAP end users.
• Maintain documentation including SOPs, user guides, and troubleshooting materials.
• Follow company IT policies and support compliance requirements.
• Assist with SAP user access and role management processes.

Senior IT Specialist (SAP) Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting SAP or ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of SAP modules and business processes.
• Experience providing user support and troubleshooting system issues.
• English is preferred but not required.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Senior IT Specialist (SAP) Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Exposure to SAP modules such as MM, PP, SD, or FI.
• Familiarity with SAP integrations or reporting tools.
• SAP-related training or certifications (a plus, not required).
